Departments
Health / Physical Education
The Health and Physical Education Department at Oakland Catholic
High School is dedicated to the principle of a sound mind in a
sound body. Through sports, games and movement experiences, we
encourage the acquisition and development of leadership, character,
teamwork, motor skills, personal fitness and graceful movement. All
students are strongly encouraged to make physical fitness and
wellness an integral part of their lives, both now and in the
future. Intelligent decision-making and healthy choices are the
basis of our health and physical education curriculum.
